WHAT I DO
I come to you to help you achieve your fitness goals. With expertise in a number of areas such as Yoga, Rehabilitation and Stretching, HIIT, Strength and Endurance, Crossfit Work and Sports Specific Training. I create a program especially tailored to help you reach your healthiest self. Most clients book for multiple times per week but you can choose from one off sessions or set yourself a goal and book for repeat weekly sessions. YOGA & REHAB TRAINING
Flexibility, balance and functional awareness. Trainings perfect for ongoing injury prevention as well as, meeting recommendations by allied health professionals as well.
COMBAT & SPORT SPECIFIC TRAININGS
Working on sporting fundamental's whether it be for average fun, local comp/club preperation or for overseas specifications.
CARDIO FITNESS
Trainings at requests of low intensity - High Intensity. Trainings will be to improve heart and cardiovascular system. Trainings can also include using weights and body weight.
